Rubbish bin was not emptied
Contact the Waste Management Customer Service number 1300 633 633 and the customer service officer will assist you in getting your bin emptied.
Check that there is nothing in your rubbish bin that is preventing the rubbish from falling out of the bin (for example lawn clippings or palm fronds sometimes cause obstructions). If there is please loosen the obstruction (using a broom handle is a safe and effective way of doing this) before contacting the Customer Service Officer.
Repairs & Replacements
Report the damage to the Waste Management Customer Service number 1300 633 633, the customer service officer will organise for it to be repaired or replaced, at no cost to you.
