The Infrastructure Services Department at the City of Nedlands is responsible for maintaining and upgrading when necessary, all infrastructure, flora and fauna in parks, reserves and verges within the City of Nedlands.
A weekly maintenance program is followed rigorously to ensure that these areas of public open space are kept safe and aesthetically pleasing for residents of the City of Nedlands and general public.
Regular maintenance includes mowing, tree pruning and watering just to name a few. In Spring and Autumn, the major sporting grounds are fertilised and Broadleaf weedspraying on all of the parks and reserves is carried out each year.
For any information about the maintenance programs including street tree planting and pruning, please contact the Infrastructure Services Department on 9273 3500.
