Welcome to the City of Nedlands.
The City of Nedlands is situated just 7km from Perth and stretches from the banks of the beautiful Swan River to the edge of the Indian Ocean. A population of over 21 000 live in the suburbs Dalkeith, Mt Claremont, Nedlands, Swanbourne, Karrakatta, and parts of Floreat and Shenton Park.
The City is recognised as a best practice local government authority and provides a wide range of products and services to its Community and is an extremely convenient area in which to live and work. We hope you will enjoy your new home very much.
Information for New Residents is available to help you settle in quickly and comfortably. The pack includes information on rubbish and recycling collection, dog registration, library membership and how to pay your rates.
A new resident pack can be collected from the City's Adminstration Centre or can be obtained by contacting the City.
