John Leckie Pavilion
At the Council meeting of the 23rd August 2011, Council accepted and awarded the tender submitted by Gavin Construction to complete the renovations and refurbishment of the John Leckie Pavilion.
The refurbishment of the John Leckie Pavilion, will commence in September. The renovation and refurbishment consists of some minor building footprint additions to increase the functionality of the building, as well as significant modification of the lower ground floor to increase the usability. A meeting room will be added to the building to meet the needs of smaller groups that require a space to meet. Fixtures and fittings will be replaced to provide for a modern and functional building.
