Proposed Scheme Amendment No 195 - City of Nedlands Town Planning Scheme No. 2

The City is proposing to amend Town Planning Scheme No. 2 by:

Amending Clause 5.3.11 by including an additional point (d) to be worded as follows:

“In respect to lots 49, 50 and 51 Nidjalla Loop Swanbourne, a height restriction of 10 metres applies to buildings except a mezzanine level which may be developed up to 12 metres in addition to two storeys only in accordance with the Detailed Area Plan and Design Guidelines for the area adopted by the Council.”

This proposal is advertised for 42 days from 28 January 2012 to 12 March 2012.

You are formally advised of this Scheme Amendment and invited to make a submission.
