 Universal Class

Universal Class offers over 500 online non-credit continuing education courses available free to library members.  Subjects include Accounting, Alternative Medicine, Arts & Photography, Business, Career Training, Computers & Technology, Crafts & Hobbies, Health, Science, Mathematics, Law, Office Skills, and hundreds more.  You may enroll in up to 5 courses and have up to 6 months to finish each course.  Every course has a real instructor you can communicate with by email.  Enter your library card number to create an account, and study at your own pace, 24/7 from anywhere. List of available courses.

Transparent Languages Online offer courses for over 90 languages, including English as a second language. Register with your library barcode to create a free account, and learn from home at your own pace. Or use Byki Mobile to learn languages 'on the go' with your Apple iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, or Android powered device.
