Nedlands Community Care is a community based organisation, established in 1982 by the City of Nedlands. The service is funded by the Home and Community Care Program (HACC) and is managed and sponsored by the City of Nedlands.

| Personal Care: | Support with daily self care such as showering and dressing. |
| Social Support: | Providing social contact within the home or in the community and assistance in accessing community services. |
| Transport: | Enabling clients access to community activities and services such as shopping, bill payment or medical appointments. |
| Home Maintenance: | Gardening services such as weeding and lawn mowing. |
| Respite Care: | Providing care, supervision and assistance to clients and offering temporary relief for carers. |
| Centre-Based Day Care: | Providing regular social outings within a centre based setting. (Dementia program available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.) |
