House Plans
Owners of properties within the City may view their own house plans.
The cost to retrieve the house plans is $65 for a five day turnaround or $200 for 24-hour turnaround and a property file retrival form must be completed. Should there be no plans held by the City, no refund will be available.
Please be aware that some files are stored at our archives in Midland and may take an additional three days to retrieve.
