Residential Design Guidelines
Residential Design Guidelines have been prepared to guide the redevelopment of specific precincts in the City. These guidelines contain detailed requirements for development within these areas. Some of these requirements are variations to the general provisions and requirements of Town Planning Scheme No. 2 (TPS2), Residential Design Codes of Western Australia (R Codes) and the City’s Planning Policies. All other requirements prescribed in the Town Planning Schemes, R Codes, Policies and Municipal Heritage Inventory still apply.
