Proposed amendment to DA16/302 (alfresco enclosure)

The City has received a development application to amend the plans for the approved two-storey single house with undercroft. The proposed amendment is to enclose the ground floor rear alfresco. 

The alfresco, as currently approved, is open on two sides and therefore can be included in open space for the property. The enclosure of the alfresco on three or more sides prevents the inclusion of the alfresco in open space and therefore reduces the amount of open space down to 59.21% in lieu of 60% available for the property.
