Point Resolution Reserve restoration/bushland volunteers needed

A river foreshore restoration project will take place at Point Resolution Reserve in Dalkeith

Riverbank Grants Scheme: Point Resolution Reserve

From February, the City of Nedlands – in collaboration with the Department of Biodiversity, Conservation and Attractions’ Parks and Wildlife Service – will undertake a river foreshore restoration project at Point Resolution Reserve in Dalkeith.

The project involves stabilising and protecting existing vegetation, invasive weed control and revegetating degraded foreshore areas.

The aim is to increase biodiversity and improve habitat along the Swan River foreshore, as well as helping to protect the river reserve from exposure to high energy waves and natural erosion processes.
