Attending Council Meetings

In accordance with Regulation 12 (2) of the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 and for the safety of Councillors, Staff and members of the community, the City of Nedlands advises that all future Council Meetings and Committee Meetings from 31 March 2020 until further notice will be held online. 

Community attendance will be via livestream only. 

The public can continue to participate by submitting questions and addresses via the required online submission forms at:

Ordinary Council Meetings

Attendees: Mayor, Councillors and the City's executive team
Frequency: Fourth Tuesday of every month
Venue: Council Chambers, entry from Smyth Road
Start time: 7 pm (Please note meeting will be held at 6pm during the COVID-19 Pandemic)

Council Committee Meetings

Attendees: Mayor, Councillors and the City's executive team
Frequency: Second Tuesday of every month
Venue: Council Chambers, entry from Smyth Road
Start time: 7 pm (Please note meeting will be held at 6pm during the COVID-19 Pandemic)

Occasional Committee Meetings

Meetings of the Audit and Risk Committee, Chief Executive Officer's Performance Review Committee and Public Art Committee are held as required (times and venues advertised in advance).
