Elected to the City of Nedlands Council in October 2021.
Councillor Olinka Combes believes a community is stronger with diversity in representation and is dedicated to delivering considered and balanced outcomes to its residents.
She is focussed on ensuring the City’s Underground Power Project is completed but is also passionate about smart local planning that supports community connection, local business, sporting clubs as well as art and play spaces.
Professionally, Councillor Combes specialises in negotiation, commercial advisory and sales strategy leadership with over 18 years’ experience in the property and land development industry. She has a Bachelor in Economics and Legal Studies from Murdoch University. Councillor Combes also undertakes ongoing professional development to advance her knowledge in commercial and community issues.
Councillor Combes juggles her elected position role with full-time work in the retirement living property sector and spending time with her young family.
