Outdoor Fitness Equipment
As part of the City's Be Active in Nedlands program and thanks to a grant from the Premier's Physical Activity Taskforce, outdoor fitness equipment has been installed at Sir Charles Court Reserve on the Esplanade in Nedlands. There are four pieces of equipment including a Cross Trainer, Cycle Seat, Ezy Rider and Stepper. Outdoor fitness circuit equipment is also available at College Park, on the corner of Bay and Princess Roads, Nedlands.
Park and Reserve Facilities
There are a large range of facilities available at the City's parks and reserves for the community to enjoy. Click here for a list of all the park's locations and facilities available.
Unstructured Excercise
Space for unstructured exercise is available at all parks and reserves within the City. Please visit the Parks, Ovals and Reserves page for more information.
All of the City's parks and reserves can be used as dog exercise areas except land which has been physically set apart as a children's playground or any areas being used for sporting or other activities.
Dogs must be kept on a lead at parks or reserves where activities are in progress, especially children's activities. Please note that it is an offence to leave dog excreta in a public place
The City of Nedlands acknowledges the traditional custodians of this land, the Wadjak people of the Nyoongar Nation, and pays respect to the Elders both past and present.
