Committee minutes are required to be available within 5 working days after the meeting, and Council minutes are required to be available within 10 days after meetings, however every endeavour is made to have these available as soon as possible after the meeting. If you require previous Council minutes, agendas and reports please contact the City. The Council summaries will help you to determine which documents you require.
