In accordance with Section 5.29 of the Local Government Act 1995, notice is hereby given that the 2021 Annual General Meeting of Electors is to be held at 6pm, Thursday 24 March 2022 at the City of Nedlands, 71 Stirling Highway, Nedlands for the purpose of receiving the Annual and Financial Reports 2020/21 and General Business.
Copies of the report will be available from 5 March 2022 from via the City's website or hard copies are available upon request at administration or by emailing council@nedlands.wa.gov.au. Copies of the Annual and Financial Reports will also be available at the meeting.
To ensure your questions can be answered in full without delay , any questions you wish to ask at the meeting are to be submitted in writing to the Chief Executive Officer via email council@nedlands.wa.gov.au by 12pm Monday, 21 March 2022.

Please be aware any and all current COVID-19 restrictions will apply. Once the venue is at capacity no further admission into the room will be permitted.
In order to enter the meeting, all attendees must wear a mask and will be required to register using the SafeWA App or by completing the manual contact register prior to entry - as stipulated by Department of Health mandatory requirements.
