Drawing on innovative research and personal experience, Sharon will introduce the concept of Emotional Strength®—a practice she developed that helped her overcome adversity and radically change her life. She’ll demonstrate how Emotional Strength can be applied in everyday life and why it’s a powerful tool for personal growth and resilience.
You’ll also hear about the future research goals of the Emotion Research Institute, including two key focus areas:
