Purchase Order Terms and Conditions

The City of Nedlands requires that suppliers provide the Goods, Works and/or Services specified in a Purchase Order in accordance with the following terms and conditions. A supplier’s acceptance of a Purchase Order is considered an acceptance of the listed terms and

conditions. No other terms and conditions will apply under any circumstances, except when:

a) the City of Nedlands first provides its agreement in writing and the agreed terms and conditions are attached as Special Conditions; or

b) these general terms and conditions are replaced by a formal agreement in which case the terms of that agreement will apply between the parties.
