Property File Retrieval

Property owners can request archived house plans of their own property. 

To request a copy of the plans you will need to complete a Property File Retrieval Form. If you are requesting a copy of the plans on behalf of a property owner, you will need to obtain their permission and signature. 

The cost to retrieve house is $105.78 with a ten (10) day turnaround time. Please be aware that some files are archived in an offsite facility and may take an additional three (3) days to retrieve. Should there be no plans held by the City, no refund will be available.
