Find information about development applications received and considered by the City of Nedlands and via the Development Assessment Panel.
The community may be invited to comment on certain applications where public advertising is required under the planning framework. Applications currently open for public comment are published on the City’s engagement platform, Your Voice Nedlands, and include details of the proposal, supporting documentation and the closing date for submissions.

From 1 September 2026, the City will maintain a register of Development Applications (DAs) that are determined by the City each month. These registers are available below and are updated at the end of each month.

Applications considered by the Development Assessment Panel
The Development Assessment Panel (DAP) is an independent decision-making body that determines certain development applications in the place of the original decision maker, being the local government and/or the Western Australian Planning Commission. DAP's comprise of independent technical experts and elected local government representatives.
