Annual General Meeting of Electors 

The Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held at 5.00pm on Wednesday 10 December 2025 in the Council Chamber, 71 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, for the purpose of receiving the Annual and Financial Reports 2023–24 and conducting General Business.

Eligibility to Participate 

Participation at the Annual General Meeting of Electors is limited to electors of the City of Nedlands. An elector is a person whose name appears on the City’s electoral roll. If you are unsure of your eligibility, please contact Administration for assistance.

Please submit any questions or motions for the General Meeting of Electors in writing to the Acting Chief Executive Officer by 12:00pm on Tuesday 9 December 2025 via this form.
