Nedlands Library 60th anniversary celebration & time capsule launch
All members of the community are warmly invited to join the City of Nedlands in celebrating 60 years of Nedlands Library.
This milestone event will feature brief formal proceedings including burying the time capsule, along with light refreshments.
As part of the Library's 60th Anniversary celebration, we’re inviting the community to help shape history by nominating a book to be included in the commemorative time capsule, to be opened at 100th anniversary in 2065.
Ten nominated titles will be selected to reflect the reading interests and values of our community in 2025.
