This 75 minutes "mind-body practice" includes meditation, physical movement and breathing exercises with a focus towards self-care and holistic wellness. It is safe and highly rewarding.
Christine Smith is a French / Australian Health Professional Educator and Yoga Teacher who trained at Trimurti Yoga School in India. She has been teaching yoga for the last 10 years. Her classes are designed for people 40+ with little yoga experience.
