That's why I've decided to run for Council.
I'm a former Director General of the Department of Local Government, with expertise and experience in governance that Nedlands needs now, more than ever. I have decades of Board experience, with the financial expertise needed to oversee our Council budget - which is critical if we're going to protect our core services and keep rates low. I've lived in our area for thirty years and my husband and I raised our family here. I'm a member of the Nedlands Golf and Dalkeith Tennis Clubs and serve on the MLC college council.
I will stand up for you in planning and development decisions, pushing for high quality outcomes that respect our neighbourhood character.
Our planning outcomes, governance and finances can only be delivered by experienced leadership.
