Expressions of interest are called from members of the community who are interested in being on Council’s Public Art Committee for a term ending October 2025. The Public Art Committee provides advice to Council on Public Art, the City’s Art Collection and Public Art Policy. 

Membership Vacancies are for:

  • Two Community representatives with professional expertise in public art, who are residents of the City of Nedlands;
  • One youth representative aged 12-25 years, with an interest in public art, who is a resident of the City of Nedlands; and
  • A non-resident, who may apply and may be appointed as a non-voting member of the Committee.

Those expressing interest need to demonstrate experience and/or knowledge of Public Art Practice.

To express your interest, please email a one page cover letter, detailing your experience with public art,  and a CV marked to the attention of Lisa Macfarlane Reid to council@nedlands.wa.gov.au by Friday 15 March 2024.
