With over 30 years in senior leadership roles in state and local government, Noelene has been involved in a range of services in the Corporate area of the business. Noelene has Governance experience for Council support and for both Government and NFP Boards. Noelene has been an Australian Business Excellence Evaluator since 2000 and an Australasian Reporting Awards adjudicator for the past 6 years.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science (UWA); Graduate Diploma in Computing (Curtin University); Master of Commerce (Industrial Relations) (UWA); Graduate Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
