Customer Service Area Temporary Closure for Improvements (Thursday 12th and Friday 13th November)

To help enhance and improve the customer service experience for our community, the City of Nedlands' Customer Service Area will be temporarily closed for refurbishment works on Thursday 12 November and Friday 13 November.

During this time, our Customer Service team will continue to be available by phone and ready to assist with your enquiries. However, walk-in visits for payments, enquiries and other services will be unavailable while the works are being completed.

Residents can still:

• Make payments securely over the phone or via the City's website. Online Payments » City of Nedlands
• Contact our Customer Service team by phone for assistance on 9273 3500
• Collect FOGO compostable liners from Nedlands Library and Mount Claremont Library during the temporary closure.

These improvements are being undertaken to create a more welcoming, efficient, and accessible customer service space, ensuring we can continue to provide the highest level of service to our residents and visitors.

We thank the community for their patience and understanding while these upgrades are completed. We look forward to welcoming you back to an improved Customer Service Area from Monday 16 November.
