Tony Free has over 20 years’ experience in local government including over 17 years at the executive level, a qualified town planner with a Master of Business Administration, he is committed to working with local communities. Tony has been involved with significant residential unit developments, transit-oriented development, marina precinct developments and programs to protect bushland.
Tony has three adult children who share his interest in Australian Rules football, with Tony still being involved with junior community football.
Tony was appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer in November 2023.
