The Mount Claremont Village Precinct Upgrade has reached an important milestone, with the final design now complete.
Community feedback received during design consultation has been reviewed and considered throughout the design process, and a feedback summary document is now available for viewing on the project page.
The project team is currently preparing a Request for Tender to appoint a contractor to deliver the works.
Further updates, including contractor appointment and construction timing, will be provided as the project progresses.

The Mount Claremont Village Precinct Upgrade will create a more welcoming, accessible and vibrant village centre that supports local businesses, strengthens community connections and enhances the everyday experience of the precinct.
