City of Nedlands seeking responses from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for Kennedia Lane Rehabilitation.
The City of Nedlands is proposing upgrades to Kennedia Lane between Acacia Lane and Strickland Street in Mount Claremont. The works will result in the laneway being upgraded to the City of Nedlands Residential 1 specification. The proposed works include pavement renewal, drainage upgrades, kerbing and landscaping.

Responses must be submitted online to the allocated e-tender box at www.tenderlink.com/nedlands no later than 2pm AWST, Tuesday 27th of January 2026.
