Lease of Site 2, Lot 502 John XXIII Avenue, Mount Claremont

The City of Nedlands (the City) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the lease of Site 2, being the bottom section of Lot 502 John XXIII Avenue, Mount Claremont, comprising approximately 600 square metres of land.

Obtaining Documents:

Expression of Interest Documents can be obtained via email, on request, via procurement@nedlands.wa.gov.au  

Lodgement:

Proposals must be submitted via email to procurement@nedlands.wa.gov.au no later than 2:00pm AWST, Tuesday, 02 June 2026.
Hardcopy, facsimile, and late tenders will not be accepted
