The City of Nedlands is calling for Expressions of Interest from parties interested in practicing their art form by way of studio tenancy at Tresillian Arts Centre, Tyrell Street, Nedlands WA 6009.

Studio available for lease: Courtyard Studio, 13m², with a lease term of six (6) months from 1 August 2025 – 31 January 2026.

Submissions close Wednesday 16 July 2025, 2pm AWST.

Applicants must attend a briefing/site inspection on Friday 11 July 2025, 10am, at Tresillian Arts Centre, 21 Tyrell Street, Nedlands.
