Studio leases at Tresillian Arts Centre

The Principal is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from parties interested in practising their art form by way of studio tenancy at Tresillian Arts Centre.

EOI Request and supporting documentation can be obtained upon request by emailing procurement@nedlands.wa.gov.au

For a submission to be eligible for consideration, the respondent must attend the mandatory Site Inspection (Part 1.5 of the EOI).

Lodgement:

Respondents must submit their response via the email above. Submissions must be submitted no later than Monday, 05 January 2026, 2:00PM AWST. Hardcopy, facsimile, email and late tenders will not be accepted.
