The Commissioners have called a Special Council Meeting in accordance with s5.3 of the Loal Government Act 1995 for 4.30pm on Thursday, 5 February 2026 for the purpose of addressing a number of outstanding and emerging catastrophic risks that require an urgent assessment regarding the ongoing viability of the City.
