Proposed Residential Development (48 Multiple Dwellings) at 125 (Lot 82) Hardy Road, Nedlands.

The City has received a development application for the above.

To discuss the proposal with City Officers during business hours you may contact the City’s Urban Planning Team on (08) 9273 3500 or email planning@nedlands.wa.gov.au.

Additionally, a City Officer will be available after hours to review plans and discuss the proposal in the City’s Council Chambers on 14 July between 4pm and 6pm, by appointment only.
