Pest Control Treatment Scheduled for Tuesday 2 December 2025 at Jo Wheatley All Abilities Play Space

The City of Nedlands advises that the Jo Wheatley All Abilities Play Space will be treated for the control of green ants.

The City has contracted Perth Pest Control to complete the treatment on Tuesday 2 December 2025. The park will be closed on this date between 5am – 9.30am.

Treatment will be applied within the park to all nest activity and a spray barrier of up to 2 metres applied around the outside of the fence.

The product being applied is Termidor® with the active ingredient Fipronil.

Patrons may re-enter the park from 9.30am Tuesday 2 December 2025 once the application is dry.
