Revocation of Local Planning Policy 5.9: Primary Controls for Apartment Development

Council, at its Ordinary Council Meeting on Wednesday 5 November 2025, revoked Local Planning Policy 5.9: Primary Controls for Apartment Development.

The Policy no longer forms part of the local planning framework and will be removed from the City’s website as of Friday 14 November 2025.
