Attending an Ordinary Council Meeting

Members of the public who wish to ask questions or address the Council will be assisted by a City officer to ensure their questions are presented by the Presiding Member at the meeting and their presentations are delivered. Please note that meetings will commence at 5:00pm unless stated otherwise. 

The public can continue to participate by submitting questions and public address requests before 12noon the day prior via the required online registration forms at:
