Birdwood Parade has three footpaths that connect to Esplanade Road in Dalkeith through the bushland. From 28 September to 31 October, one of the paths will be undergoing construction to improve public access. Enhancements to the surface and width of the path will improve access. Preventative measures will also be implemented to improve drainage to avoid flooding in the future.
During construction, the area will be closed for public access. Appropriate safety signs will be in place as well as detour wayfinding signage.
