In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Nedlands is advertising for Expressions of Interest in the lease of premises for the provision of cafe services at the Tresillian Arts Centre, 21 Tyrell Street, Nedlands.
Details of the café premises are:
- Kitchen Floor area of approx. 22.5m2
- Shared use of courtyard area for seating
- Lease term of 5 years
- Market rental as assessed is $2,813.00 p.a + GST
- Certain restrictions apply to the operation of the cafe

Applicants will be required to attend a site inspection at the café premises on Monday 20 March 2023 at 3pm (or an alternative time as agreed by the City).

Any EOI not necessarily accepted. Canvassing of staff or councillors will disqualify.
