The Council at its 23 September 2022 Ordinary Council Meeting adopted the Primary Controls for Apartment Developments Local Planning Policy in accordance with the Planning and Development (Local Planning Schemes) Regulations 2015 Schedule 2, Part 2, Clause 4, following community consultation.
This Policy is available as part of the City's Local Planning Policies accessed via the City’s website and copies can also be viewed at the City's Administration Building located at 71 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, WA 6009.
