The Council, at its April 2023 Ordinary Council Meeting, adopted Local Planning Policy 5.12: Nedlands Stirling Highway Activity Corridor (NSHAC) Precinct and amendments to Local Planning Policy 2.1: Signage and Advertisements.
The Council also revoked LPP 5.7 Peace Memorial Rose Garden at the same meeting.
The policies are available as part of the City's Local Planning Policies accessed via the City’s website. Copies can also be viewed at the City's Administration Building located at 71 Stirling Highway, Nedlands, WA 6009.
