Tenderers are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the maintenance of the soft landscape, including all verges, common garden areas and other areas as specified in the Tender Documents.

Lodgement:
Tenders must be submitted online to the allocated e-tender box at www.tenderlink.com/nedlands no later than Wednesday, 3 December 2025, 2PM AWST. Hardcopy, facsimile, email and late tenders will not be accepted.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
Canvassing of councillors will disqualify.
