Residents and road users are being asked to prepare for potential traffic disruptions along Tree Martin Lane in Dalkeith.
The City of Nedlands will be carrying out drainage upgrades in the lane from Tuesday, 18 April.
Works are scheduled to be completed on Friday, 21 April.
Contractors will be operating between 7am and 5pm during these dates.
Sections of the laneway and road reserve will be removed during the upgrades.
New drainage soak wells and connecting pipes will then be installed.
